How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start monitoring free for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, add a payment method to continue, or your dashboard access will be locked until you do.
What is a "monitored user"?
A monitored user is an active email address you add to Cykanner for breach monitoring. Each active address counts as one monitored user, regardless of which team it belongs to -- disable an address and it stops counting toward your bill. Paid subscriptions are billed for a minimum of one address.
How does domain verification work?
To ensure you own the domains you monitor, we require DNS TXT record verification. Simply add a TXT record with a unique token we provide, and click verify.
What happens when a breach is detected?
You'll receive an alert through your configured channels (email, Slack, etc.) with details about the breach and which monitored emails were affected.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We never store passwords, and every connection to Cykanner uses HTTPS. See our security page for more detail.
Can colleagues have their own administrator accounts?
Cykanner currently supports one administrator account per organization. Email groups organize monitored addresses; they do not create additional accounts.
