1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cykanner's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cykanner provides breach monitoring services that check email addresses against known data breaches and alert users when their credentials may have been compromised.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization

4. Domain Verification

You must verify ownership of any domain you wish to monitor. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to monitor email addresses on domains you add to our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Monitor email addresses without proper authorization
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Billing and Payment

Our services are billed at $7 per monitored user per month, or $70 per monitored user per year if you choose annual billing. By subscribing, you:

  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Agree to automatic renewal at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, matching your selected plan) unless canceled
  • Are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must add a payment method to continue using the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service provides information about potential breaches but cannot guarantee complete detection of all breaches. We are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from undetected breaches
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or business interruption

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
